The vibration tank has come off and is leaking diesel, it is not included in the warranty, I bought another one from alibaba, but it is waiting for 3 weeks. The engines from the tracks both lose oil, there are no gaskets on stock, but the gaskets cost 300 per track. The conclusion is, when you need it, it doesn't work, you have to rent one from a well-known brand. Better stay away, because I don't answer messages. A good day.

I purchased a 1.2T mini excavator two months ago from this company, I just started using it and I asked the supplier a purely technical question about it related to arm oscillation. It was not a complaint, it was not a reproach, but a simple question to which I did not receive any answer, I called, there was no answer. The behavior of this company is incredible, up to the proforma and the payment, they responded in seconds to any request. What illusions should I have regarding possible warranty issues, as I see other reviews, I think I have no chance, not even with spare parts. I'm from Baimare and I have a business in Baia Mare, I'm sorry that there are such entities that spoil the image of a region that is seen as reliable and with serious people. SHAME!

And one star is too much! Don't mess with them, I've been waiting for a tractor for almost a year that he ordered in July 2024, we agreed on the price, specifications and gave an advance and they said about 3 months....no word about the tractor yet, they don't even have the decency to answer the phone when we call them...
