In my opinion, the machines are worth buying, but do not have expectations from the supplier.

He steals from the face and people worth two lei. Only damaged and incomplete equipment. After putting it in the car, he locked the office and ran away without answering or having anyone to talk to. I would not recommend such an experience even to my enemies

I purchased a 1.2T mini excavator two months ago from this company, I have only just started using it and I asked the supplier a purely technical question about it related to the oscillation of the arm. It was not a complaint, it was not a reproach but a simple question to which I received no answer, I called, they do not answer. The behavior of this company is incredible, up to the proforma and payment, they responded to any request within a second. What illusions should I have about possible warranty problems, as I see other reviews, I think I have no chance, not even about spare parts. I am from Baia Mare and I have a business in Baia Mare, I am sorry that there are such entities that spoil the image of a region that is seen as trustworthy and with serious people. SHAME!

I bought a front-end loader from the company Brakav and some accessories. I went to see the machine in person, saw the machine and called the bank to make the payment. I returned to Cluj and waited for the machine and accessories to be delivered to me. After a few days the machine arrived but without the palletizer and the quick hitch. I called Mr. Chiș Răzvan from the company Bravak and was told that they would bring the rest of the accessories with their personal van. A month later I still haven't received the accessories and the people from Bravak only answer the phone very rarely and when they do it is to tell me that they will call me later or that they are very busy. To make it all complete, immediately after I brought the machine the main hydraulic pump failed, this was not necessarily a factory defect, it happens sometimes, I called to have another pump sent to me as the machine is under warranty. Ce sa vezi...la fel ca și cu accesoriile pompa nu a ajuns și în concluzie am rămas cu un utilaj defect, incomplet pe care dacă vreau s ail folosesc trebuie sa scot bani din buzunar ca să îl repar. Concluzia o trageți voi oameni buni. Experienta mea cu cei de la bravak nu merita nici o stea dar sistemul nu permite.
