When paying the advance they said that the term is 60 days, but like any unserious company they did not respect the term and I decided to wait "a little" another 30 days. Now although I announced to them that today another 21 calendar days have passed over the 90, they suddenly fell silent. I also took from them a mini excavator stx 11, a very weak machine (for digging in the garden), and a pickaxe that attached to this machine does not work. I had another pickaxe from them before that was also defective again, and after long discussions and tests on other machines they barely changed it. This one also beats very little and then stops, the fault being the machine that has no power. The machine being revved to the maximum ... almost like the iron melts on it. The quality of these machines leaves a lot to be desired, I knew that they give less money, and we do not have high claims, .... If they knew that That pickaxe doesn't work on this mini excavator, they could have said from the beginning that it wouldn't work. But they only care about selling, it doesn't matter if the customer is satisfied. Also, communicating with them is very difficult, they never answer the phone if you complain about something, you have to call from other numbers. I noticed that they have many one-star reviews, because it doesn't deserve more and the app doesn't allow fewer stars. I'm sorry that I didn't do my research before buying from them because I would definitely avoid them. Those who gave 5 stars are probably their relatives. I had another post where I didn't praise them there either and they knew how to message me on WhatsApp as if I was denigrating them, but I only told the truth. Upon delivery, they broke the sunshade, that roof of the machine they said they would send another one, I received an already used one broken, discolored I think they had thrown it in the trash. I called, no one answered, vb on WhatsApp they said that their colleagues made a mistake. In the same order I also had a picamer for the mini excavator and an advance for a mini compactor. The picamer does not work, they advised me to fill it with oil, to reverse the hoses, to increase the nitrogen pressure, to decrease the nitrogen pressure, they were arguing about I don't know what fuse but it has no fuse .... after long conversations on WhatsApp they said they would change it ..... Be careful on the phone you can't reach them if you have complained about something. For the mini-compactor they said the delivery time is 60 days, more than 90 have passed and nothing. I called them from another number, they answered (they were fooled) I ask them for the advance back... wait let's talk to the accounting department, we'll send an email, let's see what they did with the payment, today you receive the payment, .... lies to lull the children to sleep. They are very UNSERIOUS, THEY ARE KIND UNTIL THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, WARRANTY ONLY IN DREAMS. As for the equipment .... very bad welds, buttons that do nothing, liquid leaks, missing grease nipples, grease nipple housings fixed with paint without a thread and many more. DO NOT MESS WITH THIS, THIS IS WHAT THE COMPANY SAYS. IF YOU WANT TO CALL THEM ON THE PHONE AND HAVE SOMETHING TO COMPLAIN, DO NOT CALL TWICE FROM THE SAME NUMBER.
